Meet Ruth Cordova, one of our most beloved staff members.

Ruth has been a CNA, or Home Health Aide, with Mountain Home Health Care for the last eight years. The care that Ruth performs for our clients is very important to her. While bathing clients, she checks for bruising, sores, and rashes, to make sure they are comfortable and safe. Her favorite part of working with MHHC are the many different kinds of people she gets to work with and learn from.

Born and raised in Taos, Ruth likes spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading the Bible, sewing, and going to the movies. Her favorite movies are Wall-e, Overboard, Blind Date, and The Money Pit. Meanwhile, if Ruth could get away for a few days, she would love to visit Disneyland to see the rides – but she would be too scared to ride them!

Just as there will always be a place in Ruth’s heart for her family and for Taos, there will always be a place in our hearts for Ruth!
